Daycare- He has done so well at his new little day care center. We love his "teacher" Sharon and couldn't be happier with the switch to a center environment. The flexibility, customer service and professionalism are well worth the price tag so far.
Sleepovers- Elijah spent his first weekend away from mommy and daddy. Eventhough he had a little cold, Elijah did great with grandma Carol. We missed him so much and were extremely exhausted from the gown giveaway event. However, we did manage to squeeze in a trip to Flemmings restaurant! Next sleepover will need to entail more r&r and less work for sure.
Grub- Elijah is now eating up to 3 jars of baby food a day and drinking 8oz of formula four times a day. We are still amazed at how much this little guy eats and how determined he is to get his grub on.
Teething- This has been tough to witness. It's so sad to see your little guy in pain and not be able to do much about it. We have tried a lot of remedies and should be seeing a tooth pop out any day now. Lots of drool these days and faces that seem to say "rubbing my gums together feels great!"
Milestones- now that we have mastered rolling over from back to tummy we have moved on to sitting up. Elijah can hold himself up for close to 60 seconds at times and it seems like him gets better at this every day.
Jordan- Elijah is starting to respond to names of things like "bottle" and "dada" and "doggie". It's so cute how he interacts with Jordan and wants to reach out to touch her.
